The Position: We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the assessment, project initiation, budgeting, design, construction, installation, move-in and close-out of major projects. Additional responsibilities will include:

·         Provide value engineering alternatives by performing load calculations, on-site data collection and analysis of equipment energy use for optimizing systems selection and cost reduction. 

·         Design of process systems, including process equipment sizing and selection, piping design, utilities, etc. 

·         Troubleshoot problems with chemical and other manufacturing processes; respond to work delays, emergencies and other problems.

·         Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate system malfunctions. 

·         Provide guidance and relevant technical information to mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, estimating, construction and process control disciplines.


·         Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

·         OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health Certificate. 

·         Skills in AutoCAD software, Transport Phenomena III and COMSOL Multiphysics, Process Control and Fluid Flow Operations, and Market and Financial Research.  Skills may be gained through undergraduate or graduate level coursework or an internship of at least three months.
